Returns Policy

At The Green Dovecote, every item is custom made to order, designed and created especially for you. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Custom and Personalised Items

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), personalised items and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. This includes any item that is made specifically to your requirements — for example, with names, dates, colours, or messages chosen by you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request a photo of the issue and will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

To report a problem, please contact us with your order number and details.

Accuracy of Personalisation

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before placing your order. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors that were made during the ordering process.
